Delivery Charge
We offer FREE 1-2 days delivery on UK mainland orders placed before 3pm and to the value of £100 or more. 
An additional of £8 will be charged for orders under £100

What time can I have my cables and accessories delivered?
We offer a few delivery options:
Standard delivery (normally arrive next day)
Next day by 10:30am
Next day by 12:30pm
Saturday delivery

What are your opening times?
Office Monday to Thursday 09:00 ~ 17:00, Friday 09:00 ~ 16:30

Do you accept credit card payment?
Yes, we accept all major Debit and Credit cards. 

If I have a complaint who can I talk to?
You can talk to anyone in the management team about any aspect of our service. However, the best person to address if you have a complaint will be through our sales line initially

Can I collect in person?
Yes, it is possible to collect directly from our premises during the opening hours, the address is Unit OA, Time Technology Park, Blackburn Road, Simonstone, Burnley, Lancashire, BB12 7NQ, UK

Can you deliver by air freight?
Yes, depending on flight availability shipments can reach major airports in 48 hours.

Can you deliver by sea freight?
Yes, we can ship FCL (full container loads) or LCL (less, or partial container loads).

Can you deliver by road?
Yes, we regularly deliver by road to Europe and further afield. In short, if it is possible to road freight we will.

Can Concordia Technologies provide me with technical advice or assistance?
Yes. We will be happy to assist you with any technical questions you may have. 

Do you have a quality assurance system in place?
Yes. Our quality systems enable us to provide you with full certificates of conformity and ultimately peace of mind. 

Are your cables RoHS compliant?
Yes. Where applicable, all of our cables comply with RoHS standard regulations. 

Which countries does Concordia Technologies export to?
We export our cable worldwide. We have extensive experience in shipping abroad, in particular to Europe, Africa, the Middle and Far East, USA and Mexico.

Can you offer treated drums?
Yes, our cable can be supplied on heat treated or fumigated drums (sometimes referred to as non-wood packaging), and we can supply sanitary certificates.
