We offer FREE next day delivery on UK mainland orders placed before 4pm and to the value of £200 or more. (£500 for Ireland and Channel Islands orders)
An additional cost will be charged for delivery on orders under £200 (UK mainland) or £500 (Ireland & Channel Islands). Timed deliveries can also be arranged at an extra cost, please ask when placing an order.

Do you accept credit card payment?
Yes, we accept all major Debit and Credit cards. * Please note: from Monday May 23rd 2011 we will be charging 3.75% on all payments made by Credit Card (not debit card).
If I have a complaint who can I talk to?
You can talk to anyone in the management team about any aspect of our service. However, the best person to address if you have a complaint will be your dedicated Account Manager.

Can I collect in person?
Yes, it is possible to collect directly from our Trade counter during the opening hours, the address is Bentley Wood Way, Network 65 Business Park, Hapton, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 5ST
What types of unloading facilities do you offer?
Can you deliver by air freight?
Yes, depending on flight availability shipments can reach major airports in 48 hours.
Can you deliver by sea freight?
Yes, we can ship FCL (full container loads) or LCL (less, or partial container loads).
Can you deliver by road?
Yes, we regularly deliver by road to Europe and further afield. In short, if it is possible to road freight we will.
Can Concordia Technologies provide me with technical advice or assistance?
Yes. We have a dedicated technical and QA team who will be happy to assist you with any technical questions you may have.
Do you have a quality assurance system in place?
Yes. All of our quality systems are to ISO9001, enabling us to provide you with full batch traceability, certificates of conformity and ultimately peace of mind.

Which countries does Concordia Technologies export to?
We export our cable worldwide. We have extensive experience in shipping abroad, in particular to Europe, Africa, the Middle and Far East, USA and Mexico.
Can you offer treated drums?
Yes, our cable can be supplied on heat treated or fumigated drums (sometimes referred to as non-wood packaging), and we can supply sanitary certificates.
